MSPO 2025 in Kielce is behind us! This is one of the most important defense industry events in Europe, and we couldn’t miss it. During four intensive days, we showcased our expertise in professional 3D printing dedicated to the defense sector.
Additive solutions prove invaluable wherever time, durability, and functionality matter. The key advantage lies in the ability to produce complex geometries that would be difficult, time-consuming, or unprofitable to manufacture using traditional methods. Thanks to our technologies, it is possible to quickly produce:
- spare parts for military equipment,
- complex, high-strength structural elements,
- lightweight structures for military vehicles and drones,
- soldier equipment components as well as elements of weapon systems.
During the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO 2025) in Kielce, we presented our capabilities in professional 3D printing services using SLS, MJF, and DMLS technologies, covering a wide range of materials:
- SLS printing with PA11 and PA12 powders – ideal for producing functional technical parts resistant to harsh field conditions,
- MJF printing with polyamides (PA11, PA12) – enabling durable, precise components with excellent surface quality, and with TPU – a flexible material ideal for shock absorbers, seals, or protective parts such as 3D-printed cushioning inserts inside helmets,
- DMLS printing with metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, or titanium – enabling the production of exceptionally strong, precise, and complex parts for critical military applications.
Why does the military need 3D printing?
The ability to quickly reproduce or adapt parts in the field, reduce delivery times, and decrease weight while maintaining mechanical strength are all advantages that make 3D printing a natural support for modern armed forces.
MSPO 2025 clearly demonstrated that the defense sector is increasingly embracing additive technologies. At Fibometry, we are ready to support this transformation by delivering solutions tailored to the specific needs of the military and the defense industry.
