Information obligation when subscribing to the newsletter. New Era Materials Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Modlniczka, ul. Komandosów 1/7, 32-085 Modlniczka as the administrator of your personal data, informs that:

1. Your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address) will be processed in order to provide the newsletter service, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit.
   a) General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. your consent.

2. The recipient of your personal data will be entities providing hosting services and mailing service providers, website content management companies.

3. Your personal data will / will not be transferred to a third country (i.e. a country not belonging to the European Economic Area).

4. Your personal data will be processed until the consent has been withdrawn.

5. Your data will not be profiled.

6. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: access to the content of the data, correction of data, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, data transfer, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ) if it is found that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. 7. Providing your personal data by you is a condition for concluding a newsletter service contract. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of the service.
